There are 30 different images to let your mind wander and decompress as you explore and fill the areas with color. By focusing on the image and the pen in hand, one is able to release the "noise" of life. A type of mindfulness meditation and very relaxing.It is interesting to note that this book is currently being offered for 99cents as a kindle book. Of course you can't color a kindle page, but the book includes the link to a pdf file which can be downloaded and printed onto your paper of choice."Awesome" indeed.I received the pdf file as a giveaway prize from Library Thing.

Each mandala has a unique design, some of them are more complex than the others. Coloring them is really relaxing. I recommend this book to every coloring books' lover.
